Q1:
"User already logged in"
Description: When user
attempts to log in they are told that their username is already
logged in.
Cause: Program did not exit correctly.
Solution:
- Enter your username as normal.
- Enter "reset" as a password (without the quotes).
- Click Ok.
You should now be able to log
in with your usual name and password.

Q2:
Error 3320 - "Function is not
available..."
Description: When user attempts to create a new
schedule or perform certain operations they are met with this error.
Cause: Some operating system components need to be
updated.
Solution:

Click here to go to the OWC update page on Microsoft's
website.
- Download and install the OWC10.exe update (there are
detailed instructions on the webpage)
- Restart Intec Project.
You should now be able to continue using the
program.

Q3:
Error 430 - "Class does not
support Automation..."
Symptoms: When certain functions of the
Import program are used this error is displayed
Cause: Some operating system components need to be
updated.
Solution:

website.
- Download and install the MDAC update (there are detailed
instructions on the webpage)
- Restart Intec Project
You should now be able to
continue using the program.

Q4:
My clients cannot view my snapshots.
What do they need?
Symptoms: After emailing a schedule or quote
to a client they cannot view it on their computer.
Cause: They do not have Microsoft Office or
Microsoft Snapshot Viewer installed. This is needed to view
Microsoft Snapshot files, and is available for free from Microsoft.
Solution:

Click here to create a draft email to your client containing
a link to the Snapshot Viewer.
- Fill in the appropriate details - email address, subject
line and your details at the end of the email. You may change
the wording to suit, but the link must remain intact.
- Send the email to your client.
